Symptom: Loop-Pro displays the following message:
Cause: This error message appears if the activated license file is moved before being deactivated, or if the location of the license file stated in the Configuration Tool is not correct.
Solution: To correct this issue, perform one of the following:
- Correct the listed location of the license file in the Configuration tool.
- Restore the license file to its previous location,
Delete the license file, email email@example.com requesting a new file and the reason why it was invalidated, download the file to the proper location, activate and DO NOT move the file unless deactivating it first.
