Symptom:  Tuner gives Error 4



Cause:  This error is typically generated when the user tries to activate a license behind a proxy.


Solution:  The first solution for this error message is to update your current installation of Tuner.  If doing so is not possible consider the following, the user must either configure the activation tool for a proxy server, or manually activate.
