Symptom: Loop-Pro TUNER displayes “Error: Allotted Activations Already Used” during Activation Procedure.
Cause: This error is displayed when the entered License ID does not have any activations on our Activation Server. Typically, this error is given when a user fails to deactivate an installation there license prior to trying to Activate a new installation.
Solution: Deactivate* the previous installation(s) of Loop-Pro TUNER and then re-attempt to activate the new installation. If you receive this message prior to activating your first installation on a new license ID or if you have made sure that all other installations are deactivated (depending on your license type), then please contact the help desk.
* Please note that Toolkit type licenses are not eligible for deactivation and therefore are locked to the computer that they are activated on.
