Symptom:  If the Loop-Pro TUNER software is unable to connect to the RSLinx OPC server, it will generate an error message stating that it is unable to connect. 


Cause:  This error message is typically generated when the user does not have proper 2 way OPC connectivity.  Loop-Pro TUNER requires RSLinx OEM or higher to work properly; any version of RSLinx Lite is not compatible with the software.  


Solution:  To determine which version of RSLinx you are using, follow the procedure in the "Check Version of RSLinx" section.
