Symptom: Loop-Pro does not open (Note: if application appears to launch and then hangs on loading, see: Hangs on Loading)
Solution: To correct this issue, the Windows Data Execution Prevention (DEP) settings must be updated. To do this, follow the steps outlined by Microsoft:
Be sure to add Loop-Pro to the DEP exceptions list.
