Symptom: The following error message is displayed

 


 

Cause:  This error message is generated as a result of certain read/ write permissions in Windows. 

 

Solution: To address this issue, perform the following steps.

1) Deactivate your license (performed via the Configuration Tool)

2) Uninstall the  csTuner software

3) Create a Control Station folder/directory in an easily accessible location (e.g. C:\\Control Station, or C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Control Station

4) Install your software to this location

5) Reactivate software
