Symptom:  csTuner displays Error: Allotted Activations Already Used” during Activation Procedure.


Cause:  This error is displayed when the entered License ID does not have any activations on our Activation Server. Typically, this error is given when a user fails to deactivate an installation there license prior to trying to Activate a new installation.


Solution:  Deactivate the previous installation(s) of csTuner and then re-attempt to activate the new installation. If you receive this message prior to activating your first installation on a new license ID or if you have made sure that all other installations are deactivated, then please contact the help desk.
